Mr. Samson Li is a Professional 机械工程师 with over 10 years of experience in designing, 指定, and coordinating Tunnel Ventilation 系统 (TVS) for various rail transit projects throughout his 职业生涯; heavily involved throughout the life-cycle from design, 规范, 安装, to testing and commissioning of the TVS for these rapid transit projects. He also has many years of producing and reviewing fire simulation models for transit projects, and is familiar with the programs and standards involved. Having produced both mechanical and architectural drawings, combined with the experience of working with several senior architects and engineers during his 职业生涯, it has provided him an understanding of the required integration and coordination of tunnel ventilation systems within transit station design.

Samson has also been in the position of site engineer and coordinator for a considerable amount of time during his 职业生涯, gaining him knowledge in general construction and equipment maintenance. He has also held the roles of ‘Tunnel Ventilation team lead’ and ‘Mechanical Tunnel Ventilation Supervisor’, and applied the knowledge and skills he has obtained to lead a team of CFD fire modelers and TVS designers.
